Terms of Service

GenX Privacy & AI Compliance provides consulting services in the areas of data privacy, GDPR compliance, AI governance, and AI Act readiness. Our engagements are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal representation outside the jurisdiction of Ukraine.

For clients located outside Ukraine, all services are provided strictly on a consulting basis. No attorney-client relationship is created by engaging GenX services outside Ukrainian legal jurisdiction. Marta Sarvas is a licensed attorney in Ukraine; any legal representation is limited to matters within that jurisdiction.

All deliverables created specifically for a client engagement — including but not limited to privacy policies, compliance frameworks, training materials, and assessment reports — become the property of the client upon full payment of fees. Pre-existing methodologies, templates, and general knowledge remain the property of GenX.

GenX treats all client information received during the course of an engagement as confidential. We do not disclose client data, business practices, or engagement details to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by applicable law.

GenX’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the total amount of fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
